Director of Student Success Advising and Pathways

The Director of Student Success Advising and Pathways provides strategic and oversight for academic advising, student success coaching, and institution-wide retention efforts for all student populations served at the Redlands main campus and satellite regional campuses. The Director directly oversees the professional advising team responsible for graduate program advising within the School of Education (SOE) and the School of Business & Society (SBS) and success advising for undergraduate students in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), as well as supervision over the advising team at the Woodbury (University of Redlands – Los Angeles) campus.
