Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (4 day work week!)

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the machine shop, including machining, deburring, finishing, and related manufacturing processes. This role oversees production personnel, equipment utilization, workflow coordination, and departmental performance to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of customer orders.

The Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership to shop floor employees, drive accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and 5S initiatives, and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background and experience supervising production teams in a machine shop environment.
