Master Planning & Landscape Planner

Formulate, review, and update the master plan and zoning layouts to align with corporate strategy, market demand, and business goals. Monitor land use distribution, maintain accurate spatial databases, and evaluate land availability for future phases. Plan and coordinate landscape concepts for public spaces, green areas, corridors, and gateways in collaboration with external consultants.

Review site plans and development proposals to ensure full compliance with master plan guidelines, zoning laws, and local regulations. Collaborate with engineering, sales, legal, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless alignment on utilities, road capacity, and land readiness. Prepare industrial, commercial, or residential plot allocations and spatial data packages to support sales, marketing, and permitting processes.

Requirements

Min. 3-5 years of experience in master planning, property development, or urban planning Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, or a related field Comprehensive understanding of master planning, land use management, land banking, and development strategies Ability to prepare land plot proposals and development plans aligned with sales and business needs Proficient in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of GIS considered a strong advantage Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and presentation skills Benefits Salary Meal Allowance Transport Allowance Medical Reimbursement Shuttle Bus from Karawang to Subang
