Job Description: The MS&D Co-Pilot Specialist role will support the Portfolio Team across the South Europe Cluster in order to Drive the Business of Today and Deliver the Business of Tomorrow through our Portfolio Plan and Long Term Roadmap. In close collaboration with Portfolio, Category, Activation, SRM, Sales and Regional teams this role will deliver across 3 critical areas: Portfolio Performance Analysis (Delivering sharp analysis and actionable insights), Deployment Excellence (Coordinating best-in-class project and product launches) and Portfolio.
Management (supporting Innovation & Renovation projects from concept to execution) , ultimately helping to translate a Regional Plan into a winning execution tailored to our Markets and Customers.
Key responsibilities
Portfolio Performance Analysis
- Update periodical performance trackers and similar tools, across external and internal metrics, that will be embedded within our internal processes (e.g. S&OP).
- Deep dive on Portfolio Performance data to retrieve valuable and actionable insights identifying opportunities and risks.
- Provide Portfolio performance data (e.g. Nielsen extracts) requested by Regional and Cluster Teams as part of Regular and adhoc review processes.
- Work in collaboration with other teams to support insight driven action plans and Business decisions.
- Contribute for Local and Cluster Workshops discussions, providing critical performance data points and recommendations aligned with Cluster and Local Teams. Deployment Excellence
- Contribute to the Creation of Trade Selling Stories and Trade Toolkits together with Cluster and Regional Teams.
- Co-Create with the Portfolio Team and other Demand Teams our key internal Brand Launch Events and External Engagement Sessions.
- Contribute to our Launches ATGs by providing key Portfolio deliverables. Provide full overview to Portfolio Team and escalate any critical risk in our Deployment Plans.
- Contribute for and attend connections with Regional Team, providing key local information and requirements to help shape cluster deployment.
- Manage the Internal Sampling needs, from sampling requests to Regional and Site Teams to the delivery and deployment within cluster and local teams.
- Management of Product Packshots and Image Library via internal Tool in order to create and maintain the most up to date Collections for all our portfolio (Core and new Launches). Portfolio Management
- Review Portfolio Performance and together with Category Team identify New Launches Opportunities in order to accelerate growth.
- Connect with Regional Team to align and deep dive on potential New Launches from Feasibility to Deployment requirements.
- Assess New Launches Size of Prize (Vols, NSV, RSV) and create full P&L assessment with the support of all Demand Teams. Provide all needed P&L information and Deployment requirements for the Submission of Cluster Launches via the established processes. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within the range set out below for a full-time position. Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. BASE PAY RANGE 35797-49221 annually gross The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule).
