Job description
Responsible for obtaining driver location and status of Crane Solutions’ shipments. Contacts carriers via phone, email and internet to secure shipment status information and evaluate if service level expectations will be met. Shipment status information will be entered into Crane Solutions’ TMS. Works closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Carrier Sales Representatives to communicate shipment status and escalate possible service failures.
