What You’ll Do As a Visiting Angels Caregiver, you may: Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation Assist clients with personal care and daily routines Prepare meals and help with light household tasks Support safe mobility and transportation/errands when applicable Encourage independence while providing compassionate support Follow the client's care plan and communicate important changes to the office Job requirements 18 years or older Caregiving or home-care experience preferred (Minimum 2 years of professional experience) A caring, patient, and dependable attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have a valid Driver's license Willingness to complete required training and company requirements What Visiting Angels Offers $15–$18 per hour Flexible scheduling based on your availability Mileage reimbursement for eligible assignments Biweekly pay Shift differentials for weekends, couples cases, and Angel Calls Referral bonuses Caregiver recognition programs A supportive team that values your contribution If you have a heart for helping others, Philadelphia has a place for you on our team.
