Job description
The Director of Information Systems is responsible for daily leadership, coordination, and operational management of enterprise software systems and the IS support team. This role ensures systems are stable, supported, and aligned with business operations while system administrators maintain accountability for assigned platforms. The Director translates strategic priorities into execution, manages issue resolution and cross-system coordination, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement. The Director develops and maintains technology roadmaps that align IS initiatives with organizational strategy.
