Job description
Manage regional revenue, sales training activities and develops roster of highly skilled Sales Representatives. Recruits, interviews, and assists with Sales Representative hiring process. Develops sales plans, and monitors performance in order to promote, develop, and execute sales, rental and labor of company products in assigned region.
Attends branch sales meetings and conducts ride-alongs with sales representatives. Promote through the Sales Representatives market awareness of Rain for Rent products and services and produces a yearly increase in volume of new and repeat customer business.
