Facility Maintenance Generalist

Description Terrazzo & Marble Supply Company is a stable and successful wholesale distributor of terrazzo materials and is 100% Employee-Owned . We are seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Generalist. This is a great role for an out-of-the-box creative thinker and problem-solver who can fix older equipment instead of replacing it.

Primary responsibilities include staying compliant with regulations, maintaining the preventive maintenance schedule, and ensuring equipment runs properly.

Requirements

One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience. Knowledge of general maintenance Experience with setting and following a preventative maintenance schedule Experience with getting quotes for larger repairs Commitment to excellence and high standards Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Strong interpersonal skills.
