The sky is your limit Pay Rate Range: $29.16-$36.45 USD Gross per hour Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Repairs, maintains and inspects plumbing, physical structure, electrical wiring and fixtures, machinery, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, spa, kitchen and laundry equipment, in accordance with blue prints, manuals, and building codes, using hand and power tools, carpenter, electrician, and plumbing tools
• Installs electrical equipment and repairs or replaces wiring and fixtures
• Replaces light bulbs throughout the building
• Maintenance and/or technical background
