2nd shift Production Supervisor

Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Weld/Fabrication Supervisor oversees the Weld and Fabrication workforce to ensure a safe work environment, high-quality workmanship, and efficient production of fabricated components and welded assemblies. The position ensures customer specifications, quality standards, production schedules, and delivery requirements are achieved while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
