Job description
The Supervisor oversees day-to-day security operations across assigned Pier 91 area/s. This role ensures personnel performance, compliance with post orders, alignment with Terminal Operator (PCST) expectations, and consistent delivery of customer-focused service. The Supervisor coordinates staffing, conducts inspections, supports incident response, and provides frontline leadership while maintaining the security framework governed by MTSA requirements, TWIC protocols, MARSEC level, and FSP-aligned responsibilities.
