We're looking for a Business Process Architect to design and roll out the new processes that bring our capability model to life — and to govern and continuously improve them over time. This is not a documentation role and it does not sit inside IT. It sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and strategy, translating where the business wants to go into how it actually runs.
