Holiday Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell long-haul destinations including Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, as well as luxury cruises, focusing on VIP clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries. Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodations, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.

Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports. Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.

Upsell Travelwings' brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.

Requirements

2-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and management of long-haul destinations. Proven track record in handling luxury destinations and VIP clients. Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service. Previous experience managing Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) and Fully Independent Travel (FIT) products.

Strong knowledge of global destinations and world geography. Proficient in negotiation techniques and achieving sales targets. Motivation to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth initiatives.
