The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing key functions within the Human Resources Department at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, specifically focused on Team Member Relations, Engagement and Performance Management. This position plays a critical role in fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture, resolving team member concerns, and supporting professional development initiatives.

The Manager also leads planning and coordination of internal events that promote engagement and recognition throughout the organization.
