Diesel Mechanic $2,500.00 Stay on Bonus

Diesel Mechanic (4am-3pm) – Dallas, Texas Waste Connections | $22–$30/hr| Plus $2,500 Stay on Bonus | Full-Time + OT + Benefits Join Waste Connections as a Diesel Mechanic and keep our fleet running strong! We’re hiring experienced techs to perform maintenance and repairs on garbage trucks—covering everything from hydraulics and electrical to engine systems.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety . 💰 What We Offer:

• $22.00–$30.00/hour based on experience Plus $2,500.00 Stay on Bonus
• $150/month tool allowance + annual boot stipend

• Consistent hours: 50–60 hrs/week, Mon–Fri + some Saturdays

• Perform preventative maintenance & inspections
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues
• Handle on-road breakdowns and emergency calls
• Keep shop clean, organized, and safe
• Accurately document all work performed ✅ Requirements:
• 3+ years of diesel or heavy truck experience
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• ASE cert and CDL (A or B) a strong plus
• Reliable, hard-working, and safety -minded
