Maintenance Operative – Night Shift Westfield Stratford City, London – W12 7GF £20.00 per hour PAYE 4 on / 4 off Night Shifts Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Operative on behalf of a leading facilities management provider at a major retail and commercial destination in London. This is an ongoing temporary night shift role supporting the on-site technical services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.

Role Details: Job Title: Maintenance Operative – Night Shift Location: Westfield Stratford City / Shepherd’s Bush, London Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Hours: 19:00 – 07:00 Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour PAYE Start Date: Immediate Duration: Ongoing temporary cover Key Duties: Carrying out general building maintenance tasks Supporting mechanical, electrical and fabric repairs Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Responding to reactive maintenance issues Supporting site compliance and health & safety procedures Updating maintenance records through CAFM systems Working closely with the wider engineering and technical services team Assisting with emergency response procedures where required Requirements: Previous building maintenance or facilities maintenance experience Knowledge of M&E and fabric maintenance Ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication and organisational skills Basic IT skills Understanding of workplace health & safety Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Building Fabric or Maintenance Experience within a busy commercial or retail environment Previous CAFM system experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile site with long-term opportunities available for the right candidate.
