We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)** to join our York office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience while supporting the success of the office.

This position is ideal for someone with office experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in sales or inside sales**.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression

• Answer phones and schedule appointments

• Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the schedule

• Support patient flow throughout the day

• Assist with patient follow-up and communication

• Help maintain office organization and daily operations

• Support the provider in delivering an excellent patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous office or administrative experience** preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills**

• Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles** is a plus

• Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and multitasking

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
