Customer Operations Account Manager – Fort Worth About American Diamond Logistics American Diamond Logistics (ADL) is a fully licensed domestic and international 3PL specializing in FTL, LTL, flatbed, refrigerated, open deck, intermodal, and drayage. We’ve built our business by getting back to the basics - treating people the right way and executing at a high level on every shipment, supported by a growing tech stack.

As we expand, we’re building a team that operates with urgency, accountability, and a “Whatever it Takes” mentality to deliver for our customers. You’ll be the bridge between the customer and internal teams, stepping in wherever needed to keep freight moving and relationships strong.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in execution, and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves when things get challenging, this role offers significant upside and career growth.
