Support the Sales and Commercial teams with Internal tasks and planning strategies Support GAM/RAM/NAM/field sales’ sales activities, mainly: Coordinate client appointments Support opportunity & lead management for salespersons Support customer planning/forecasting/budgeting Identify and qualify leads Support sales contract management Support CRM and system nursing Manage the interface to Products/Operations in case of complaints Retrieve quotations from Product and collect general market/customer intelligence Support BD team with promotions and campaigns Support ‘House accounts’ profitability expectation Quotes and RFI submissions support Presentation preparation and document submission support Selected House Accounts quoting and follow up Analytics and Spreadsheet management - profitability (Proffit / Loss / shipment Reports) Shipment Reports and other customer data analysis Quote and Tariff updates Regional Lead generation and management Sales Team Follow Ups – Meeting closures, KPI measurements, deadline meetings Other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned as and when required by your supervisor / manager Inclusion and social diversity are firmly anchored values in our corporate culture.
