About the Role
Responsible for quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments.Responsibilities: Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival Assisting with various clinical tasks Able to perform blood taking, ECG & Treadmill ECG Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents Providing excellent customer service to patients Performing other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic-in-charge Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Sterilize the used medical devices Stocking and tidying up physician’s room Requirements: Form 7 or above or similar education level Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative and considerate Experience in medical field is a must Experience in assisting dispensing duty is an advantage but is not a must Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin preferred Good knowledge of computer software application preferred 5.
