Back Server - Duemani Restaurant

Back Servers are responsible for supporting Servers throughout service to ensure every guest receives prompt, polished, and attentive hospitality. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in fine dining while learning high-level service standards.

Responsibilities

Assist servers with food and beverage delivery. Set, reset, and maintain tables according to Duemani service standards. Refill water, clear plates, and assist with table maintenance throughout service. Ensure stations remain fully stocked with service essentials. Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, managers, and the kitchen.

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room. Anticipate guest and team needs before they arise. Complete opening, side work, and closing duties. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
