Senior Business Analyst – Arabic Speaker Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Work Arrangement: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 12,000 per month Language: Arabic (Fluent) and English (Strong Communication) Experience: 8+ years in IT Business Analysis Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business requirements gathering, requirements analysis, business process analysis, solution definition, and stakeholder management across complex technology and digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, solution architects, QA teams, and system integrators to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and support solutions throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong experience working in Arabic and English bilingual environments , with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, meetings, and collaborative sessions with business owners, IT teams, and system integrators. Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria . Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software/System Requirements Specifications (SRS), process models, BPMN diagrams, UML diagrams, use cases, and other business analysis artifacts .

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, automation, and compliance with government standards and policies. Work closely with solution architects, technical teams, and stakeholders to support solution definition and validation . Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, test cases, acceptance criteria, UAT plans, and UAT execution .

Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from requirements discovery and analysis through development, testing, deployment, and implementation. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

Provide business analysis and subject matter guidance throughout the solution lifecycle . Ensure proposed solutions remain aligned with business objectives, government policies, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations . Analyze business processes, system integrations, data flows, and technology dependencies to identify gaps and impacts.

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams , ensuring effective translation of business needs into technical solutions. Support both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies as required. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Engineering, or a related field .

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT Business Analysis . Proven experience in requirements gathering, requirements management, business process analysis, and solution definition . Experience working in Arabic and English bilingual environments . Fluent Arabic language skills are mandatory. Strong English written and verbal communication skills .

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate, influence, challenge, negotiate, and align diverse stakeholders . Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business analysis methodologies, documentation standards, and process modeling . Hands-on experience creating BRDs, SRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN, UML, use cases, and process flows .

Solid understanding of systems integration, data flows, APIs, enterprise applications, and technology fundamentals . Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies . Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence . Experience supporting QA, UAT, solution validation, and requirements traceability .

Experience working with government, public-sector, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
