As Director of Education , you will lead the academic program at your campus. Your work will ensure academic integrity, rigor, and quality while fostering campus culture!

Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process. What You’ll Do: Lead with heart — bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth. Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement. Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education or a related field — advanced degrees are a plus! 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred. USD $72,000.00
