Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EDI processes and systems across the organization. Manage EDI connectivity and onboarding for automotive customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and third-party service providers. Support daily EDI operations by monitoring transaction flow, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of transmission errors.
Develop, maintain, and optimize EDI maps and business rules for customer and supplier integrations along with vendor support. Validate and monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance with customer requirements. Support automotive EDI standards and OEM-specific requirements. Maintain secure communication protocols for automotive connectivity solutions.
Support JIT/JIS manufacturing processes through reliable EDI communication between customers, suppliers, warehouses, and production facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing, and IT to resolve business and system issues. Coordinate system enhancements by developing technical specifications, testing solutions, and managing implementation activities with internal and external development teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, testing procedures, and work instructions in accordance with company and global standards and policies. Participate in EDI projects, ERP integrations (SAP preferred), and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines (experience may substitute degree). 3–4 years of experience in EDI support and project management. Solid understanding of EDI and its business applications. Experience working directly with users and/or customer service. Demonstrated capability in developing functional and/or technical specifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; positive team contribution. Independent work approach, analytical mindset, high reliability, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment. Working proficiency in English. Ability to work in an international team. Advantages Strong analytical, design, verbal, and written communication skills.
