TRANSITION & VOCATIONAL COORDINATOR – SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM!  Full-Time, Salary $66,300 - $75,000/year Shifts Available: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 3 pm   As a Transition & Vocational Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with and supervise a vocational team. The Transition & Vocational Coordinator will set up vocational schedules, student work experiences, and classroom jobs. You will impact the lives of the people Brightway Living & Learning supports by fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities.
