We aim to provide exceptional service, visiting our policyholders as quickly as possible and sending the engineer with the right skills and equipment to solve our customer’s issue. This must be balanced with looking after our engineers on the road, ensuring that their working day is manageable and workload is spread evenly amongst the entire team.
Preferred experience Experience in scheduling, planning, dispatch or resource coordination, ideally for a mobile or field workforce Strong knowledge of UK postcodes & geography Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Worked within a fast-paced administration team environment Outstanding customer care Problem-solving skills We'd love to hear from you if You are eager to understand and adhere to the ‘Auger Way’ You are confident in finding solutions and overcoming unforeseen challenges You take pride in the high standard of your work You are enthusiastic, self-motivated and like to take ownership You are ready to kick start your Auger career - we want our working relationship to be a longstanding one!
