Organizational Development & Communications Director - Tax Office

The Director of the Organizational Development and Communications Department (ODCD) position, in collaboration with the leadership team, will be responsible for directing and managing the implementation of the Tax Office’s communications and organizational development strategy. He/she is responsible for internal communications with employees, external communications with the public, development of employee’s skillsets and performance, cultivation of a constructive organizational culture, and implementation of an employee recognition program.
