SAP HCM Consultant (Junior / Senior) (m/f/d) 📍 Germany – Choose your location (Frankfurt area, Hamburg, Dortmund, Munich, Stuttgart) | Hybrid (2–3 days home office) We are currently hiring one SAP HCM Consultant (Junior or Senior level) to join a growing consulting environment supporting a diverse customer base across Germany.

g. PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS) Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems Take ownership of sub-projects or work packages after onboarding Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes Provide remote and occasional on-site support to customers Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders ✅ Your Profile Must-have requirements: Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT) German language skills (minimum B2 level) Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%) Junior: 0–2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience Nice to have: SAP Success.
