The Position… Reporting to the Managing Director, this role provides a unique leadership opportunity within the company which will require you to manage the daily business operations, resulting in efficient and profitable service delivery that meets the needs of customers and clients. You will need to demonstrate industry experience and be determined to succeed.

The position will see you manage the day-to-day activities by monitoring resources (people and equipment) and ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability across the key areas of administration, production and sales. Throughout your dedication to perform, you will be required to ensure all areas of the business come together to deliver superior product quality and high customer satisfaction of service.

Ideal Candidate... The Ideal Candidate will hold… A tertiary qualification in Business Management or similar (desirable) Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a team through transformation Proven experience as an effective member of a management team Strong business and commercial acumen, as well as strong strategic financial management skills Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict and manage the process of negotiation and mediation within the construction industry and other stakeholders.

Extensive experience and proven ability in objectively identifying and analysing complex, sensitive and strategic issues. Proven ability to communicate and build positive relationships with staff, customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Strong time management, organisational and prioritising skills.
