Position Details: Title: CCG Replenishment Planner Department: Planning Reports to: Manager, Replenishment Planning Location: Dearborn, MI Job Classification: Remote FLSA Status: Exempt Job Band: Professional Job Summary The Replenishment Planner is responsible for optimizing inventory investments by developing replenishment strategies at size-level that maximize sales, improve in-stock performance, and achieve financial objectives.

This role leverages historical sales, customer demand, inventory productivity, future forecasts, and size-selling patterns to ensure the right products are available in the right sizes, locations, and quantities throughout the product lifecycle. The position partners closely with Merchandising, Sales, Merch Planning, Supply Planning, and Analytics to continuously improve replenishment strategies and size curve accuracy.

Associate Responsibilities Develop and cultivate Planner/Sales partnerships to understand future demand expectations. Develop and manage replenishment plans that optimize inventory productivity while supporting sales, service, and financial objectives. Monitor inventory levels, weeks of supply, sell-through, and in-stock performance.

Determine replenishment quantities based on demand, inventory targets, lead times, and supply constraints. Recommend replenishment strategies for the Distributors business by style/color/size. Identify inventory risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions. Recommend adjustments to improve size availability and reduce stock imbalances and work with supply planning partners to mitigate.

Monitor size-level inventory performance throughout the season. Evaluate new product size performance and refine future size curves. Create new processes that lead to efficiencies in identifying and mitigating size gaps. Lead change to enhance and develop more efficient/effective best practices and processes that support our targets/goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve opportunities as they arise. Take a proactive approach to identify potential roadblocks and seek out resolutions in a timely manner. Identify planning process pain points and/or gaps and propose potential solutions to a broad audience. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.

Required Skills

& Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a planning or forecasting field. Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual ready to bring energy and excitement to lead their business. High level of analytical thinking with strong aptitude for forecasting methodology. Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate workload while juggling multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.

Proactive critical-thinking approach when confronting problem-solving. Active listening skills and strong written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate with all levels, including management and business unit partners. Outstanding organizational skills with a natural curiosity and interest in problem-solving.

Ability to adapt to continuously evolving organizational changes and planning processes. Strong sense of urgency to change, adapt, and push process forward. Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite and Planning tools) are needed. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Typical office environment; cubicle/office setting.

Extended periods of time sitting, standing, and typing on a computer. Travel required up to 20% of time. This position has a Remote location. Carhartt is a tobacco free workplace.
