Tom Wood Subaru in Carmel, IN is seeking a dedicated and energetic Lot Attendant to support the dealership’s service and daily operations. The ideal candidate will help keep the lot, service areas, and vehicles organized while providing a positive experience for customers.

Pay & Schedule

$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Monday-Friday schedule with two shift options:

7:30 AM-4:30 PM

9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Rotating Saturdays required, with a weekday off in return

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, lot, and surrounding areas

Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles as needed

Move customer vehicles safely throughout the property

Assist the service team with vehicle preparation and organization

Help maintain clean and orderly parking areas

Ensure vehicles and work areas are kept neat and presentable

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Follow all dealership safety procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
