Handyman

Our client, a maintenance services provider is looking to fill a temporary ongoing job for a Handyman to work mobile in and around London. There is a possibility of the position leading to a permanent job offer. There is multiple retail and office sites and extensive travel daily. Pay up to to £16.50p/h, M-F 40hrs pw, 8hr day - 7.

30am-8am start. Own transport required. JOB DUTIES The Handyman job will involve: The Handyman will carry out multi skilled maintenance works. General repairs, small electrical and plumbing works. General fabric repairs re-lamping works and some painting and decorating. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidates for Handyman job will have multi skilled maintenance experience.

Preferably have worked in a similar maintenance job. Candidates for the Handyman job will preferably have their own vehicle and will have a full UK driving licence. The Handyman will have a good command of English, be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and with little supervision as well as part of a team.
