Licensed PTA – Orthopedic Rehab | Hillsborough, NJ Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant Pay: $70K–$80K annually, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Caseload: About 1–2 patients per hour Work Environment: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy What You’ll Be Doing A patient may come in working on knee strength after surgery.

The next may need help improving shoulder mobility or getting comfortable walking again after an injury. As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you’ll help carry out the treatment program already established by the PT and make sure patients are performing exercises safely and correctly. You’ll also keep the Physical Therapist updated on how patients are responding so their rehabilitation can stay on track.
