• Guide clients through the entire hiring process to ensure the right placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Expand your network through proactive business development and new client acquisition.
• Stay informed about hiring trends and market changes to provide insights to clients and candidates.
• Build strong relationships with your colleagues – after all, your internal brand is just as important as your external brand! • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
