Job description
Titan Security is hiring Security Officers to work at various locations in the Detroit, Michigan area.
Responsibilities include
- Perform concierge and patrol services at assigned properties, ensuring the safety and security of tenants, visitors, and assets.
- Conduct access control and gate entry operations at warehouse locations, verifying credentials and logging over-the-road drivers.
- Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software.
- Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, and incidents, following company and client protocols.
- Enforce company and client policies, including safety procedures, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
- Adapt quickly to new environments, client expectations, and site-specific procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Previous experience in security is preferred.
Pay and Benefits:
