Advanced Practice Provider (APP) | Full Time | Hillsdale Hospital Primary Care Clinic

The APP (PA, NP or FNP) will provide expert medical care primarily at our Hillsdale Medical Associates Clinic located at 32 S. Broad Street. This clinic operates 4-10s and is closed Friday through Sunday. The APP will work Saturdays at our Hillsdale Health and Wellness Walk-In Clinic on a rotation, so it will be less than one time each month there.
