Member Service Rep II

Tru. West Credit Union seeks a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member service. You will assist members with products, services, and accounts, including new account opening, loan processing, and teller functions. This role involves identifying financial needs and driving sales/referrals for deposits, loans, and investments.

Responsibilities include

cash handling, error resolution, compliance adherence, and maintaining member relationships. We seek candidates with 1+ year financial institution sales experience, strong customer service, advanced PC skills, and a professional demeanor.
