Job description
The Peer Academic Coach plays a vital role within Eastern University’s multi-layered Academic Resource Center (ARC) coaching ecosystem. In this peer leadership position, you will work one-on-one and in small groups with fellow undergraduate students to help them build self-efficacy, resilience, and academic confidence.
Peer Coaches meet students where they are, offering a collaborative, encouraging space to help them navigate academic hurdles and achieve their personal and educational goals. Accepts: Federal Work Study (FWS) & Eastern Campus Employment (ECE) Only current / active Eastern University students can apply for Student Positions.
