Our Team, Your Impact We are currently looking for an Engineering/Maintenance Tech colleague who will join our manufacturing site in Vilnius. How You’ll Spend Your Day Ensure safe and reliable operation of production equipment Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance Work with electrical systems, control systems, and industrial automation Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions Carry out maintenance tasks and properly document completed work Cooperate with other departments in solving technical issues Ensure compliance with safety requirements and internal procedures Your Skills and Experience Higher or vocational engineering education Strong knowledge of electrical systems Good understanding of industrial automation (PLC or similar systems) Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation Responsible, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset Previous experience in a similar role (preferred) Lithuanian language and basic English (for technical documentation) How We’ll Take Care of You Salary range of 2400 – 2800 Euro gross monthly Benefits package: health and accident insurance, additional health and vacation days (for worked years) Highly professional team and organizational culture with strong values Personal and professional development within the company Work model supporting work life balance Employee rewards and recognition programs, events and social activities Already Working @Teva?
