Job Duties: The ES Eligibility Case Manager (CNTY) performs duties related to the administration of the SNAP and TANF programs for Economic Services to help restore or improve customer financial stability. Conducts SNAP and/or TANF quality interviews to include both phone and face-to-face interviews for SNAP and/or TANF applications and/or renewals.
