Floater Teacher | Full-Time | Weekdays Only, No Evenings or Weekends Join a team that feels like family. We're looking for a caring, dependable Floater Teacher to support classrooms across our center, build relationships with children and families, and help us create magical memories every day.

What You'll Do

Provide a safe, caring environment, maintaining required ratios and supervision at all times Step into classrooms as needed and keep routines, learning, and fun running smoothly Help plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, such as storytelling, centers, songs, games, and movement activities that build fine and gross motor skills Guide children in learning classroom rules and routines with kindness and consistency Help track children's development and progress throughout the year Communicate with families, the Director, and the Assistant Director in a professional, caring way Model our Core Values, company policies, and the NAEYC Code of Ethics for coworkers, families, and the community What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) 2+ years of professional experience in early childhood education (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility, good judgment, and the ability to adapt to different classrooms and situations A genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives About Magic Memories Magic Memories is a preschool and child care organization providing a loving, stimulating, home-like environment where children build emotional security, self-esteem, and social skills.
