Your Role

As our HSE Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and well-organized construction sites. You will support project teams, reduce risks, and actively promote a positive and proactive safety culture — not just enforce rules.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management & Incident Handling Prepare and maintain RAMS (method statements and risk assessments) Conduct regular risk reviews and update HSE manuals and guidelines Perform site audits, inspections, and follow-ups Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions Compliance & Regulations Ensure compliance with Nordic HSE legislation and industry best practices Support projects in meeting client, legal, and international HSE requirements Training & Safety Culture Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions Promote awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives Ensure correct use and availability of PPE Monitor and maintain First Aid equipment Reporting & Improvement Monitor and report HSE KPIs Liaise with authorities during inspections and audits Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects What We’re Looking For Degree or recognised qualification in Occupational Health & Safety Minimum 3 years’ HSE experience on construction sites (Data Centre project experience is a strong advantage) Fluent English (Portuguese or Polish is a plus) Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills Confident trainer with the ability to influence safety behaviour Solid digital skills (Microsoft 365, Teams, reporting tools) Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset What We Offer Strong career and professional development opportunities Rotational work system Accommodation, flights, and meals covered by the company Competitive salary Work with one of Southern Norway’s largest and fastest-growing electrical companies Inclusive, professional, and supportive work environment Ready to join us?
