• Salesforce, Gainsight Admin based in the United States. This role is responsible for owning and optimizing critical business platforms that support customer-facing operations. You will serve as the technical owner across Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, and related systems, ensuring seamless integrations and reliable data flows. The position plays a key role in enabling Client Success, Support, Onboarding, and Services teams to maximize the value of their technology ecosystem. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, improve workflows through automation, and support AI-driven initiatives. Working across multiple teams, you will help maintain platform health, improve operational efficiency, and drive better customer outcomes.
