We provide person-centered care and support to help our clients achieve their goals and live independently. We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to join our team and help provide high-quality support to our clients in a range of settings.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients in achieving their personal goals and promoting their independence Maintain accurate records and reports of care provided, including progress notes Follow individualized care plans and report changes, and keep accurate records Respond to emergencies or urgent situations as required Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support daily living tasks including meals, cleaning, and laundry.

Help with mobility, transfers, and use of equipment. Provide companionship and support community participation (shopping, outings, appointments) Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Comply with policies, safety, and quality standards Assist with community access support such as taking participants to outdoor activities, clubs and/or appointments.

To be successful in this role, you will have: A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience as a support worker or similar role (preferred, but not essential) Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or similar (preferred but not essential) Current First Aid and CPR certification A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required for the role) Desirable personal experience with a disability in family/ friends Desirable experience with supporting epilepsy Availability to work flexible hours, including active overnights, weekends, and public holiday If you are passionate about supporting individuals to live their best lives and want to join a dynamic and caring team, we would love to hear from you!
