What you will do

• Develop and execute commissioning plans, project schedules, and allocated department budgets.
• Perform comprehensive system testing, validation, and equipment installation verification protocols.
• Identify and resolve technical site challenges arising during active commissioning phases.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, test results, and resolution documentation.
• Review technical design specifications to ensure compliance with specialized facilities requirements.
• Conduct advanced integration and performance testing across mechanical and electrical systems. Experience you need:
• A recognized Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction testing and commissioning processes.
• Prior testing and commissioning experience on data center projects is preferred.
• Strong managerial capability with a focus on independent technical problem-solving.
• Professional membership with MIEM or registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status.

• Background working within tier-1 main contractors, engineering consultancies, or civil builders.
• Experienced in managing technical standards across multiple engineering vendors and stakeholders. The company:
