The Clinical Pharmacist will be instrumental in facilitating the safe and effective use of medication therapy at Inter. Med. Under the general direction of the Medical Director of Clinical Systems and in collaboration with physician and operational leaders, the Clinical Pharmacist will participate in the development, maintenance, and direction of Inter.

Med’s clinical programs, including but not exclusively Anticoagulation, Diabetes and Medicated Assisted Therapy (MAT).
