About this role We're hiring a Senior BD Manager to drive trading volume growth across the CIS markets.
You will own KOL acquisition and activation end-to-end — from first contact to ongoing relationship management — while also building and scaling affiliate-driven retail growth in your region. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has already done it at a CEX and can hit the ground running.
