Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has a career opportunity for Associates at our Warsaw office. We are looking for meticulous and accurate individuals who will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and verifying documents in English . Selected candidates will be asked to complete an English language proficiency test and, based on its result, might be invited to attend an in-person interview. Job Requirements:

  • Reviewing and analyzing documents in terms of form and content in a dedicated IT system
  • Verifying completeness and correctness of data in documents according to defined guidelines and instructions
  • Supporting GT's legal team in the U.S. and UK to review documents
  • Identifying and reporting data gaps or inaccuracies in documentation
  • Archiving documents and ensuring order in a dedicated electronic system We Expect:
  • A Master’s degree in law (a mandatory requirement)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with legal or administrative documentation
  • Very good command of Polish and English, allowing active participation in project meetings and effective day-to-day communication with the team
  • Analytical thinking skills, meticulousness, and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to patiently analyze and interpret information
  • Good self-organization and punctuality
  • Ability to work with documents and databases
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) We Offer:
