Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payroll for 25–30 properties. In this role, you will partner directly with hotel General Managers, ensuring compliance with diverse labor laws while processing weekly payroll with a zero-variance mindset. Enjoy the flexibility of a 100% remote, full-time, 4x10 weekly schedule. Must be East Coast U.S based.
What You’ll Do: Audit and optimize workflows using UKG Pro and UKG WFM. Navigate complex multi-state wage and hour compliance. Act as the primary payroll contact for property leaders.
What You Bring: 2+ years of U.S. multi-state payroll experience. Hands-on proficiency with UKG Pro and UKG WFM. Flexibility to adapt your 4-day workweek to peak payroll windows.
Compensation
$28.85/hr (~$60k/yr) + travel perks!
